I've looked at several reviews/recaps of this episode and they all mention the scene with Burke, yet it doesn't seem to be on the version I just streamed with Amazon. I wonder what gives.

I thought he was supposed to be Dutch, based on his character's name ("van Warmerdam"), but then I checked on imdb and the actor who played him,Tino Struckmann, was born in Denmark so I guess you're right that it's a Danish accent.
