also...the windows not going up is a safety feature...in case you arent watching and something/someone gets stuck in the window...its a very litigious country we live in and Honda doesnt want any of that liability lol

not that it helps THAT much but you can also just put the key in the drivers door lock and give it 2 quick turns to the lock position and hold...the windows will all go back up...saves you having to awkwardly get in the car turn it on and fiddle with the window switches

IIRC the limit in some parts of Greenwich is somewhere around 35mph....I'll concede that some small sections should maybe have a 45mph limit due to the sharp curves but most of it can safely be traveled at 55+ MPH
