Cool concept. From playing around with SaveUp for a bit it looks like the drawings will give you the best chance of winning. Assuming they are in fact random, the 'Instant Win' games give a 1 in 10 billion chance of winning (unless my math is wrong). I doubt there are more than 10 billion entries in the drawings.

It is unlikely the problem is with the apps you are using. Rather the problem may be an inaccurate GPS receiver on your phone.
