Why not just set a time limit you can check on review? If he holds it for let’s say a second without juggling it, it’s a catch and a subsequent drop is a fumble, less than a second is an incompletion. (doesn’t have to be a second but you catch my drift)

It was also televised for free on the BBC in the UK, so that’s another large audience for that game probably not streaming it.
