The only NFTs that should be in gaming are the games themselves. To have the ability to treat a digital game the same as physical would be great. As of now, none of us don't actually own any of the digital games, but we just own the right to play them.

Lol you can say this when they add an fov slider.

Yeah, why did you do that?

Exactly. If it was just a deployment issue on PC, they could have redeployed the correct version on Steam instantly.  Additionally, ironic that Darktide also had some sort of "typo" or clerical error I'm it's game as well in regards to their real money store and bundles - also covered by this site a day or so ago.

Ironically, you mentioned a list of games, yet only one of them actually launched in a playable state. All others, including this game, are in a really bad state for PC (or were until very recently).

It’s not even IT, but UX. User experience is what you mean, and that is literally everywhere for any product - not just IT, or even digital products.

You do realize Steam isn’t just a launcher, right? It is an entire ecosystem that a lot of games use and would not work without it. In fact, a vast majority of games literally wouldn’t exist if they didn’t have Steam and Steamworks.

It is pretty obvious why: those people like playing games not made for phones. If developers and publishers just go follow the money, one of two things happen. You either get non-mobile games made in the same fashion as a mobile game which people who don’t like mobile games do not want, or you get publishers that

Don’t promote Epic Game Store shenanigans.

I mean, if a historically black character was suddenly replaced by a white actor that actor would get death threats and forced to step down and make an apology.

I don't think you understand how the force works or can be used. You can manipulate objects and beings around you or yourself. There is no reason an expert with the force couldn't "double jump".

Or if you don't want to use EGS or support Epic, GamePass is a good way around that. Also, you can play Metro Exodus the same way as well.

Just for a minute I thought everyone forgot about this game. We should. Let’s stop talking about, please?

It wasn’t a store front when it was just Fortnite. It was just a launcher to launch Fortnite. There were no games to buy, thus not a “store front”. When it became an “online store” by being rebranded as EGS, that didn’t mean it all of a sudden became a popular place to buy games.

Is this a real question?

Because if a person buys the same game multiple times, that is more money to the developers.  So obviously they wouldn’t want to stop that cash flow.  For free games like Apex, this makes more sense from a business perspective as the developers gain nothing for new accounts.

Epic’s intentions are literally “fuck Steam and Valve”.  Tim Sweeney (Epic CEO) literally said they are only doing this so Steam’s store cut is lowered to match the EGS.  He also said they would be willing to put their OWN GAME on Steam after they did that.  So yeah, Epic is just swinging their big dick money around

That’s cool. Now can we stop giving this game the press it doesn’t deserve?  Just let it die and hopefully the developers will learn from their mistakes.

The dude is a fucking idiot. I actually feel embarrassed for him that he's that dumb and showing the internet.

I don’t normally say this as it’s not productive, but you are a fucking idiot. I don’t believe in the slightest you can actually say and believe the words you put in your post. Only someone who actually doesn't know about anything or how anything works would be able to claim that.
