Crisis is basically fan service, so don’t expect much to change. They have had this potential storyline brewing ever since Flash aired, and the garbage they’re giving us is unforgivable. All of Michael Rosenbaum’s comments about how when the CW came to him to be in Crisis, about how they had no idea how they were

The only change of significance will be that John and Lyla have a girl.

I’ve seen references here and there to “restarting the multiverse” so it seems the writers are smart enough to recognize that, but folding all of the CW shows into one universe does not seem like a bad idea to me at all.

The merging of the Earths was a huge mistake in the comics

God won't Mort EVER shut up?!

Naw, the problem with that concept is that Morn wouldn’t let his guests get a word in edgewise.

For adult collectors, apparently. I mean, I don’t think you’re supposed to use them to recreate the Battle of the Mutara Nebula.

Seconded for Pike and company.

Just give me young Spock, Pike, and Una Number One having fun exploring the galaxy on the pre-Kirk Enterprise. That’s the only spin-off I want.

The rest of Discovery can take its angsty bullshit and go straight to hell.*

At this point, it would have to be :-(

It took me years to finally watch Westworld, but once I did...wow. Season 3 can’t come fast enough.

Every time I see this picture, I think it’s Sarah Lance from Legends of Tomorrow. Every time.

Absolutely agreed on all points. I think with better writing and a subdued performance, this could be really good.

heh Welcome to the Marvel Universe! One of my favorite parts of Marvels is actually Phil Sheldon pointing out how quick the public is to turn against the heroes of the world.

That’s the approach Star Wars needs to be taking in general. Take the things that didn’t work, spin them into something that does.

If they get Ahmed Best back, and give him a chance to bring a different character that is not a wildly racist stereotype... then I will finally fully and truly forgive George Lucas for Episode I. (to be fair I was half way there after TLJ and The Mandalorian)

Wow, not even an attempt at equability by, say, nominating Greta Gerwig for Best Director.

There’s one very good reason for Paramount to lower the budget for Hawley’s version of Star Trek - when movie studios swing for the fences with a $185 million tentpole film like Star Trek Beyond, only a box office take four or five times the production budget would result in huge profits for the studio.
