Yeah, the vast majority of his first two seasons were awful. But I always found Capaldi to be outstanding, which further cemented my appreciation of him. To me he could elevate even some of the worst garbage out of a script and still manage to captivate.

While his first two had some nice episodes in them, they weren’t great seasons (to put it lightly).

(But seriously, I’m loving Capaldi this season, I don’t wanna see him go :( )
