I agree. It’s comic book movies. They can do Flashpoint or Crisis of Infinite Earths and not only fix the movie universe but possibly merge the TV universes.

I would rate the light saber duel at the end higher than the pod race.

I thought they were going in that direction with the animated show Star Wars Resistance. I guess the racing angle is gone not that the station is now mobile.

That always bugged me that most shows and movies go out of their way to make sure you know a character is gay. Most gay or trans people I know act like everyone else and the only way you know they are gay is if they kiss someone of the same sex.

What is Marvel doing? I understand there were financial issues with Netflix continuing with the Marvel shows but come on, there should have been a large enough audience for at least some of these shows to keep going or merged everything in to a Defenders type show.

This would have been a possibility if something like the Space Shuttle (or Buran) with it’s large cargo bay was still flying. I’d like to see what someone would come up with to bring it back.

I agree. Star Trek TMP was barely a ok Trek movie and it got a sequel that turned out great.

Forget that, DC needs all the help it can get. I’m hoping the Crisis on Infinite Earths coming up this fall will merge the movie and tv universes. Then we can get Sara Lance and the other Legends/Arrowverse people crossing over into movies.

I agree. The only shows I have left on SyFy that I have any interest in watching is The Magicians and Krypton. They cancelled everything else and yet Killjoys gets 5 or 6 seasons.

I agree, this is what they did with Luke in the new Star Wars trilogy and it didn't go over well.

I think Jerry would be ok. I don’t think Groot’s arm disappeared from Stormbreaker when he vanished. Unless the “arm” was no longer alive and didn’t count but then Bucky’s robotic arm vanished with him and the clothes people were wearing went with them so there are some rules that need to be explained.

Don't forget we have Adam "Mr. Soul Stone" Warlock getting ready to show up. He could go into the soul stone and bring Black Widow back in a future movie, maybe the next Guardians of the Galaxy.

They recreated the special effects for the original series so if they really wanted to they could do them for DS9. There will probably be at least 3 times the work but like the TOS HD releases they spread it out over time.
