Naming Jackson's character "Marquis Warren" is also one of those retro throwback lines. Charles Marquis Warren was the producer for countless episodes of TV westerns, as well as executive producer of "Rawhide".

Interesting. I hadn't heard about her in years, but I don't watch a whole lot of TV.

Well, Patrick's a bit tied up with "Scorpion", so that rules him out. Where is Gish these days?

by Arthur Alexander.

I remember the MWC episode. But Al never claimed to have an eidetic memory, and much of what Al does remember (his job, his family) he wants desperately to forget.
So that makes us a demographic of 2.

I will confess to my wife and I cobbling together a summer schedule of what churches had Vacation Bible School what week for the free daycare.

I would submit that "The Middle" is the true successor to MITM. While not as over-the-top as Malcolm, the Hecks put together a similar formula: a struggling lower middle class family consisting of disconnected dad, stressed-out Mom, clueless jock oldest son, squirrely middle child, and bizarre genius youngest son whom

The classes didn't necessarily treat you like a real teacher, but after 11 years of subbing myself, I've been able to have some friendly relationships with some of my former students once they grew up themselves!

Missouri or Wisconsin Synod?

That actually happened with Diane (Casey Novak) Neal. She was an accessory to a murder in the first season of SVU, then returned a couple of years later as the ADA!

Because there's really only ONE horribly traumatized victim in the L&O: Sex Victims Unlimited universe…Olivia Benson, who reminds the crime victims of that fact in EVERY episode…"I was abused as a child, then nearly raped while going undercover in a prison. Your genital mutilation is nothing. Put on your big girl

BTW, it was Fred Thompson's Presidential run that was the reason for his leaving L&O.

Lemony might want to check with TMG or Amazon and find a DVD set of the 1963 TV series "Arrest and Trial". It was somewhat of a prototype for L&O. Each episode was 90 minutes, with the first 45 minutes having the police find the suspect, and the latter half with the court trial. The main difference between the two

Oddly enough, the first time I saw her was in the obscure Fox sitcom "Women in Prison", where she was an inmate who had murdered her abusive husband.

Doug's PRINCIPAL was named Mr. Buttsavage (sp?). No wonder we never saw him…

SERENITY NOW!!!!

Butthead usually provides my go-to lines as well.

Or whether or not "Timothy" was a miner or the mule the miners took with them. Either way, someone named Timothy was lunch for some trapped miners and Rupert as the songwriter was the only one who knew…

Or maybe Sami (El Generico) Zayn.

Bear in mind that "Clueless" was really a modern adaptation of a Jane Austen novel "Emma"…and its lack of originality makes sense.
