Why do people buy phones that are not good at making phone calls?

@wjglenn: I think you meant to say "grammar nazis should be damned". And while "could care less" may be recognized by a dictionary, it's only because people are ignorant. "I couldn't care less" means that it is the thing that I care about the least.....surely that is the message.

@whmm: optical zoom is not the only measuring stick. Most of the best cameras have no zoom at all. I'm not knocking your preference for a little zoom action (I am usually rocking the Lumix FZ35 for 18X optical zoom), it's just NOT a reason to criticize a camera.

@Venkman: It's true....different Wal-Marts have differing levels of soul-crushing-ness. I have been to some that were just like discount department stores and some that turned everyone (customers and employees) into zombies.

perfect shot or not, regardless of the caliber or who shot it.....people are waiting in line for this silly freaking trinket and spending their hard earned. And he just blew a hole through it.....in slow motion. (slow, approving applause....until his clapping feels vaguely uncomfortable)
