Also with the lovely new redesign, they've buried a number of frequently used functions in hard to find drop-down menus. Drop down menus for frequently used functions makes me waste time and want to leave (or at least choke someone out). Don't shoot yourself in the foot flickr or I'll take my flickr Pro account…
