Saw them at Irving Plaza in '97. Such a great band.

Can we talk about songs they missed? Like Laurie Anderson's "O Superman"? Which she actually played at concerts in NYC on September 18th and 19th, 2001.
Did anyone notice how much Kelly Bishop and Elizabeth Gillies looked alike in this show? The scene where they're talking at the table—their eyes looked identical. It was very well done.
How do you do a story about a rock star staying dead for business reasons and not bring up the name Hotblack Desiato?
Surely we can do a statistical analysis of how many people there must be left in the US for all of them to drive around for two years and not find anyone else.
The best way to watch is on a TiVo. The app works okay and there's no ads.
Two things:
When I was in junior high in the early 1980s, my mom worked as a cashier in the (employee) cafeteria in a mental hospital. On Halloween one year, they were encouraged to dress in costume. My mom bought a Mr T. costume, with the cheap plastic mask and flimsy plastic outfit with Mr. T's head printed on it. My mom was…
I'm also going to just list off some amazing albums from 1994 from my collection that weren't listed in the article:
1994 was 5 years before Napster came along and fucked everything up. No seriously, artists could still depend on selling CDs to get some money, and making music itself was something worth doing to make money. That's not the case anymore. Whereas where I was (outside of Philadelphia)…
She's also had quite the movie/TV career: "The West Wing", "Buffy The Vampire Slayer", "Portlandia", and recently "Community" covering Styx's "Come Sail Away".
I actually think the most likely outcome is a reconciliation, but without Julia telling Joel what happened. We saw her compartmentalizing it as a random thing that happened, and when Joel suggests reconciliation she won't think it will be important to bring up in the moment. It will come out sometime next season and…
I think the Bravermans are going to have a hard time accepting Haddie going off to college and coming back home a blonde.
Waiiiiit a minute. . . Koogler's not replacing Troy?
Chang is obviously over his Changnesia.
Oooh, they forgot to put in the one for Alabama. . .
"For one thing, where are the study group members even getting all this money to keep going to community college?"
More trivia: Connie Selleca was married to Gil Gerard at the time of the show, and is now married to John Tesh. Faye Grant was from 1985 until about a year ago married to Stephen Collins.
This was a great show—the first season or so anyway. They certainly retooled by Season 3 and it wasn't as much fun. The pilot is a brilliant piece of work as a standalone.
