I second Magic Voice. For me, picking the right movies to riff is half the battle, and this movie is crazy and awful in the best way.

I'm generally not crazy about the host segments, but the music they did was consistently excellent.

How about a William Sylvester triple feature - Riding With Death, Devil Doll, and Gorgo? It features both turkey and ham (and I'm not just referring to the acting).

The strange thing is that scene is pretty close to the original (amazing film, if you haven't seen it), but it has a totally new meaning under LaBute's lens. Similarly, Cage's line "killing me won't bring back your ____ is also the same (though in the original it's apples instead of honey).

Niccol's script for The Truman Show is great as well.

In all seriousness, I was too burnt out with prior disappointment to check out the sixth season when it came out. But when I gave it a chance, it was pretty good. The fifth season holds up too, in my opinion (the back half without Troy improved with rewatch). The fourth season is still the worst. But if you like…
