My parents still have an Amethyst purple one of these. It wasn’t bad when they first got it, but yeah, it’s an overweight cream puff that they generally use to go wine tasting. Perfect for 2 almost retired people in their mid 60's. I don’t think they would appreciate the “opened up” version.

Did... did she need it or was it just like... “here, have this

Not to disagree, but the point he’s making is that his cars are all 100% built in the US, while a major portion of Fords cars and all their Mustang Mach-E’s are built in Mexico (which also isn’t protected by unions), so why favor the union guys when in reality the cars aren’t even built by them?

Nope, not anymore. The 2WD Explorer is RWD

The Zr2 is also competing with the FX4 Tremor and the Ram Rebel GT, which are standard engined, up fitted pickup trucks. Not super trucks like the Raptor and the TRX.

These look a lot like Mazda’s, hence why they look good.

Great for copying handwritten notes, scanning in documents, or copying a white board after a meeting. Also, it could be useful for people with disabilities. How are you not seeing any benefit from this?

California was essentially where everyone “moving out west” ended up for the last 100 years. It’s time it depopulated a little and ya’ll took some of your people back.

Hence the 90/10

I originally pulled it with an ‘18 F150 that I lemoned, replaced it with a ‘20 Ram that I lemoned and now I have the Jeep. Sold the camper at the end of may for about $3000 more than I paid for it 3 years ago. Kind of nuts.

90/10 - Inflation isn’t as impactful as you might think. 3-5% inflation against depreciation would only account for maybe a small uptick or just a steady resale number for longer. This is almost all supply and demand due to the chip shortage and shutdowns and maybe a bit of FOMO people not being patient.

If you decided halfway into your lease that the car isn’t right for you, this gives you a nice, clean way out. For example, I used to have a camper trailer and leased my Jeep Grand Cherokee V8 to pull it. I no longer have the camper, and only need something that pulls my Miata. That opens up a lot of options.

I took delivery of a SparkGraph metallic with coral red manual in 2007. I had it lemon lawed by 2008. It had multiple electrical issues, power steering pump, water pump, and double vanos issues. it had 15,000 miles on it when they bought it back.  It was an awesome car when it ran well.

It’s “Happy Median”, not “Happy Medium”. My wife and I debated about this, and like some of the above, it’s now an “accepted” form of the idiom... albeit, wrong.

Based on my experience, uninsured/underinsured only covers you if you have another party to put the claim on. In a hit and run situation, comprehensive/collision would take over.

It looks like he passed a police explorer (0:59) right before he hit what looks like a Pontiac G6 or Impala

My guess is that’s where the engine and fuel tank reside. There might be some storage there, but it’s not going to fit a bench.

This is a great idea, but where do you put all the modular stuff when you’re not using it? If you have the space on your property, great, but most people I know with boats put them in storage for 80-100% of the year.

Another downside to a CPO is they typically have a deductible. I had a CPO 2001 330ci and any time I brought it in for an issue (it was a LOT), it cost me $75. Eventually I came out on top though, as they had to replace the head to the tune of around $5500.
