If your life or job depends on it, don’t cheap out on it.

Yeah, a tune can remove the limiter altogether.

On the Mazda3, don’t get the sedan. Get the 5 door and get the Grand Touring S with the 2.5L and the nicer interior. I had one in Soul Red for 3 years and it was one of my favorite cars... And I’ve owned a BMW 330ci, 335i (coupe), Legacy GT and Audi A3

Buying the first model year of any car is a crap shoot. Not just Ford... but lately, particularly Fords.

The only solution to this is better designed fastener posts. The one at the header looks unfinished and terrible when compared to purposefully exposed ones in the Spyker, but that’s because the Spyker was deliberately designed with that in mind... it’s also a LOT more expensive than a GV80.

In high school I had a 5 speed ‘96 Geo Prism (really fun rebadged Toyota Corolla) that idled so quietly that I once accidently locked the keys in it while it was running. It took us about an hour to decide to ask the firefighters at the station near our school to jimmy the lock. Luckily that car sipped fuel.

I’d like to see a 911 in Mazda’s Soul Red or Acura’s Tiger Eye Pearl

How did you get through this entire article without mentioning the Val Kilmer movie “The Salton Sea”.

He probably took a picture of the signs and was posting it to his Instagram... or just giggling uncontrollably.

Not entering the highway at highway speeds, and merging correctly. In my experience, this seems to the main cause of slowdowns... that and camping in the fast/HOV lane.

AWD doesn’t automatically equal good handling in the snow. First time I went to the snow in my 2005 Subaru Legacy GT I thought I was going to have a blast... I forgot that performance summer tires don’t really grip snow and ended up slowly sliding into a snowbank, slowly sliding through an intersection, and then

I’d like to see this up against an Ariel Atom 4, BAC Mono, and a KTM X-Bow... two of which are about $100k cheaper for a dedicated track toy.

I would have donated a few billion to various homelessness and child welfare organizations and then let the bank admit that they are taking the money from these needy people.

Man, Kinja is all kinds of messed up today.

Yes, after the transmission wars of 2004 all clutch pedals were outlawed and manuals were all but forced out of existence. It was only only due to the “Flappy Paddle Accords” that we now have the ability to select our own gears with dual clutches and selectable automatics, but alas, that still outlawed the 3rd pedal.

Carscoops has some pretty good info, but the commentariat is made up of about 25 regular commenters half of which are staunchly racist, sexist and, ultra hateful dipshits.

Yeah, me neither. Damn genetics!
