I'm running 2x 240GB OCZ Agility 3's in r0 (sata III). I have nothing but good things to say about them. I got them when they were on sale on Amazon a while back for something like $330 each. I do not have the benchmarks in front of me, but my read speed peaked at over 1000MB/s, at more than one of the size tests.

Who cares if these can't be used on raids. Most of the time those are done at night anyways, so the glare is a non-issue.

I don't seem to function differently regardless of how much sleep I get as long as I wake up after 8. I really don't like waking up before then. Even if I go to bed around 3 or 4 I'm ok (until you ask me to do that multiple days in a row)
