Well feeding your family is definitely a priority over buying ANY car, but if you're in the market and have the means you shouldn't have to ask for permission. I'm sure if you were in a situation to buy something your wife would be cool with what you wanted as long as stuff more important is taken care of. That's…
True story. My wife loves riding in the S4 but hates how much gets spent on it. Would she ever tell me to get ride of it? Hell no, she knows the joy it brings me so she's cool with it. Better yet mine is an avant so when we decide to have kids I don't even have think about getting rid of it.
If you have to convince your SO to buy the car you want you married the wrong person.
The least you could do is find a pic which didn't have shopped wheels.
At least he proudly tossed his arms in the air so the SUV owner knew to beat the shit out of.
My in-law's old ML320 was like this too.
Ya it's definitely forward for an up shift and back for a downshift in my S4 with the tip. I could not find evidence of an Audi shifter being positioned the logical way discussed here.
haha didn't even notice that.
Although maybe he should be. How times have we heard the story about how an athlete made a hundred million dollars is his playing career only to be bankrupt before his hair grey?
I've actually heard that too. Also heard right hand turns use less gas than lefts so they say to plan your trip with as many rights as possible. Probably due to the fact that on lefts you spend more time idling at the light, whereas with rights turns on red are possible saving idle time. Not sure of the truth of it,…
Adam Carolla. I know many here don't like him, but he does race vintage Datsuns.
Didn't read past the 3rd sentence?
That was "Question of the Weekend". Those are just a discussion and never have a follow up answer thread.
Yeah theres that one too. Link to S4 swapped one: [www.eurotuner.com]
Have a look at Gram's cactus green one. Stage 2, manual and one of 13(!) avants sold in that color.
There were 4 different ones for sale when I bought mine last year. All in Colorado. There's a few for sale right now on Audizine. The one you pictured was a Colorado car until this time last year. Tial 605 turbos and full OEM RS4 widebody conversion ($13k for that alone and probably that much in the motor too)
The VR6s aren't too bad the G-lader is horrible though. There as an issue of Eurotuner I got last year that had a 'Rado with a full B5 S4 swap. drivetrain (quattro ftw), interior(seats, dash the whole 9).
