Are you think of the Cizeta V16T, the Lamborghini Diablo-esque supercar with the two V8s hugging a transmission?

Don’t forget pollution from mining and manufacturing batteries. Just because another country mass pollutes while doing so doesn’t give EV’s a pass.
What about the environmental impact of resource extraction to create the battery technology? Cobalt, lithium, and other elements that need to be mined from the Earth in (commonly) unstable (politically) countries? Is that included in the calculation? We need to change our lifestyle and car culture, but lubricants and…
Oh sure, but the world is a better place being blessed with my car’s v8 noises than ultra high frequency ev noises
Lol! You think they will just replace the lower tiers? Let’s see how enthusiastic you are about this when it’s you who aren’t given a choice whether to drive. I think you’ll find giving up someone else’s freedom is easier than your own.
My Classic Car had a couple similar cars on today’s episode.
Neutral: What would it take for me to buy a Jag? A few more zeros in my bank account. On the left side of the decimal.
“Designed for people who need SUV practicality but really miss driving sport sedans,”
And then vandalised and the contents stolen before being dumped in the river next to the old tyres and shopping carts
“the 370Z is looking better by the day... I should probably snap one up before Nissan ruins it with a “refresh”.
Its cars are all fine, competent, and good-looking...
I drove a Veloster N and loved it. Hyundai infotainment is great, and the car is balanced between refined and stupid fun at the push of a (“N”) button. Reason I didnt pull the trigger was the lack of heated seats/steering wheel which all other markets get. I found it hard to spend 26k on a car and then have to…
Alfa Romeo 2000 Berlina
IMO it’s too preachy and guilt trippy. It’s pretty much trying to say that if you don’t buy our EV, you’re driving a planet killing gas guzzler. Porsche’s ad was entertaining and light hearted. When I was forced to watch it on Youtube, it was one of the few ads I watched until the end. I was sick of the preachy Audi…
TBH, I have never wanted to punch somebody in the face more than that Audi commercial. I’ll let it go alright, with a Louisville Slugger.
Really?
The 512 Modulo is not a wedge. It’s an airfoil. Too much taper in the rear profile. The back of the car should be the highest point.
My ‘72 Mercury Marquis 2dr hardtop had seats similar, but they were sorta buckets than a true bench, had fold down armrests in the center
I blame the Germans and their “corrective” ergonomics: Ze seats aren’t uncomfortable, it is you who are poorly designed. If French cars created the modern car paradigm, we would all be a lot more comfortable - and of course, more interesting and well informed people.
I really wish car seats were still so plush and comfortable. Somehow we went down the incorrect path and my butt regrets the decisions that were made 😆
