Well that's cool of them. I understood why they made him take the site down initially, as I heard that GOG and Steam were getting a lot of these older games. If there were no other way to get the games legally anymore, and they still made him take the site down, that would have been a different story. They the games

@SnoopyFish: How did you kill the zombies? I just played the game until I got access to the underground, and drove back and forth with the several cars available. It still took me like 4 or 5 hours, but I was able to listen to music and hang out with my friends at the same time.

I love gag weapons like that. So much fun to run around with a ridiculously improbable weapon, whether it's super powered or not. It could be almost worthless and I'd still use it, just because it's hilarious.

@gamerguy2002: I didn't watch TV much. Sometimes I would watch whole seasons on DVD, or just movies, but not a lot of TV. Seriously, I don't like wasting time watching commercials for stuff I'll never buy or watching TV just for the sake of watching TV.

@FiendCameron: Agreed. This is a way better crossover than the Alien vs Predator stuff.

Anybody with the glasses that can tell us how well the 3D effect works? I know I've seen probably a dozen or more pairs of those red/blue glasses float through my parents' house, but they always get lost. It leaves me without a pair to test things like this.

So what I got out of this is that these people are the exact opposite of me in every way. Because I hate just vegging out on the couch and watching whatever happens to be on. I watch all my TV shows online or through my DVR, never live. If there isn't something specific I want to watch, the TV stays off.

@JIbbery: Yeah, that was my first thought as well. They really didn't think this one through, did they?

@Aikage The Skilled Furby: Woo, Magicka! I've been having a lot of fun with that game. I added you as a friend, so maybe we can play. My ID is Dragonmanweb.

I'm probably going to be playing a lot of Magicka, and in between horrible bouts of frustration because I accidentally did something stupid and blew myself up, I'll probably be playing Fallout: New Vegas.

@gigawings: They don't even need to do step 3. They could replace it with "Utilize existing great online service (Steam)" and I would be much happier.

Re-releases are great for those who never played them originally, but I still have most of those games on the original systems.

Sucks for that guy. The devs should give him a free code for the map pack or something for all the trouble they put him through.

That's exactly how I feel. I was looking forward to the 3DS, because all the PSP2 news was rumor and speculation. Then Sony officially unveils the NGP, and now, I can't decide which I want more, so I'm getting neither. I'll make up my mind which to spend my hard earned money on after both are out and I can see what

@Atsumi AKA Tiff: As a matter of fact, yes, I do. A buddy of mine introduced me to renaissance faires and historical reenactment. We do real sword-to-sword combat, and a decorative piece like this wouldn't last ten minutes.

I agree with this article. I was very, very excited about the 3DS, until I saw the NGP, with two actual thumbsticks. That totally changed the playing field for me. Now I'm going to have to take the "wait and see" approach, since there's no way I'll be able to afford both. I have to see how well each are supported by

"Since then, there's been time for a sequel to come out, all before Japan got the first game."

It's pretty, but for that much money I could get a real sword that would actually be usable in combat. This seems more like an incredibly expensive wall ornament.

I don't totally hate this UI, but it is pretty shitty compared to the XMB, which worked perfectly fine for a handheld. Why did they have to try and fix something that wasn't broken?

I just want to scramble it, and watch him take another several hours disassembling and fixing it.
