I liked the idea of building your own megaman throughout his history. I knew I was going buy the 3ds anyway at lanch, but MML3 was a big reason for it back in 2011. Now…

Don’t forget they also cancelled Megaman Universe. I hate to finally admit it, but I think the best we’re going to get from Capcom are going to be cameos and re-releases. Megaman games died with Inafune :(

To be fair, Kameo had been in the dev cycle for a long while at that point, and I’m sure Rare was privy to the 360’s parameters longer than other developers. Rare has always known how to make a heck of a good looking game regardless of hardware of course..

The graphics pale in comparison to the overall art direction though. Xeno 1 had some absolutely stunning locations, and all incredibly distinct and memorable.

Tough to say. They expected initial shipments to sell out before they launched, but they also did a heck of a job hinting at artificial (and subsequently, real) demand. All I know is I was going to only buy a handful, and now have 20.

That would explain it. I managed to pre-order Wario and Ness, but I could really go for just about any Fire Emblem character at this point, and Charizard. I’ve got a feeling Pac-man might be one of the more common (hopefully).

It kinda looks like he might have already “broken” the game a bit if he’s got the Pac-man gear already. Or did the amiibo release in Japan already?

Totally agree. My foolish younger self sold this and Secret of Evermore about a decade ago. One of the biggest regrets seeing as copies of these titles are going for a pretty penny nowadays.

The N3DSXL was worth every penny. 3D is outstanding, Xenoblade is worth the price of admission alone, and I can’t remember life before the analog nub.

The amount of attention they’ve been giving the older titles on Nintendo’s Virtual Console have been great, but yeah we need something new. They don’t even need Inafune, just have Inticreates work their magic again. I’d love to see them tackle a 16-bit Megaman X.

Kinda funny Nintendo houses some of the Minecraft knockoffs on the eShop. But seriously, Nintendo has been self sustained almost entirely on their own merit the last couple of generations, and that is fine with me. I have one console for games, and the other for Nintendo.

No I know. I’m assuming by keeping the company name(s) out of registration only helps not to flame fanboy wars. It’s just that the last GTA Nintendo received was the excellent Chinatown Wars back in 09.
