Yeah, OK, I can genuinely understand why Nintendo would be keen to take down this particular fan game.  There have been projects they've shut down before which totally felt unwarranted.  But I can understand why a title like this could be considered damaging to the brand.

Seems fair to me, it’d be pretty lame to let the sins of a third party developer be of any concern to Xbox. Microsoft just offers a platform on which to play the games made by the dev, by no means does that mean they should concern themselves with the fires of those that put such games on their platform.

Bomberman Hero remains to this day one of my favorite gaming soundtracks ever. Redial is one of all around favorite tunes in all of gaming. We need more of this lady's brilliant music in the gaming world today.
