Far too many people have no idea what their local library offers. Via inter-library loans you can get obscure movies, books, ebooks, music, audiobooks, magazine, etc, etc. We visit the library just about every week. And if I can’t make it I can download ebooks/audiobooks straight to my devices. Ben Franklin rocks!

Find out the chain of command for your position. I inteviewed once and asked about their decision making process (because I had been burned in the past) and found out just about every decision had to go through corporate on the other side of the country. You don’t want to have to put up with that.
