I’ve been adding mayo to all my cakes for over 10 years. You CAN NOT TASTE IT, PERIOD. All it does is make your cake even more moist than using the eggs and oil alone, makes THE CAKE FLAVOR POP, (NO MAYO FLAVOR AT ALL) and honestly seems to help the cake keep that first day flavor for a couple more days. For all of
