I'll never do tracking insurance devices for a few reasons. 1) I autocross. How do you explain that type of driving if it tracks braking and steering? 2) I only drive older cars, so good luck being able to install it. By older I mean an 87 Jag is the newest of my fleet, and all others are British too.

My Triumphs have all had cool keys. These are from my 1978 Spitfire. From left to right: door/ignition, trunk, and radio antenna. Also they are all small in comparison to today's keys.

Ummmm, in Le Mans the keys (if there were any) were already in the ignition. Plus, most early cars including Porsche had a starter button that you hit after you turned the key to the "on" position. Typically, the mechanics would warm the engines until cutoff time, then cut the engine. Depending on how long the wait

How is ignition on the left a holdover from Le Mans starts?

NY State has some pretty intense traffic laws, and NYC has even more. Now if this guy had crashed into a church van and killed some kids, he'd be the devil incarnate. But because he "didn't hurt anyone", many people are upset he was arrested. I'm glad he was. As to the argument of retroactive traffic enforcement, so

Actually, NY has issued tkts to EZ Pass equipped cars who are WAY over the speed limit. Once they improved the cameras it became tough to fight it.

Triumph. Where is a Triumph? IF you want looks faster and feels faster than it is, a TR6. If you hate safety and like to be invisible, a Spitfire, which has the added benefit of being much faster than expected. As to reliability, I've had 47k miles in my Spitfire since March 2010 with only a few problems, like the

Daimler SP250. 2.5 litre hemi V8. Built in the 50's. Awesome engine.

When I was in Special Forces we had pilots do stuff with Blackhawks and even local country Hueys that I wish were filmed. Super hot LZ? No prob, we'll just come in super hot, flare and almost slam the tail off, then stick the landing. And fly back taking fire and doing evasive action. Land on the apron and holes all
