What people should also consider is that if the franchise was financially viable surely SEGA would have continued making it, no?

What part of nazi dinosaurs is silly?

There is always Dino D-Day coming :D

I think we often confuse the words geek and nerd anyway. To my mind a geek is someone who collects/obsesses over (for example) games, films, music, comics, figures etc etc, whereas a nerd is someone who excels academically at school (or the workplace, when looking at adult nerds).

Absolutely brilliant. I was hoping to see a death animation from The Immortal in there (of which there are many great ones) but never mind, it wasn't to be :)

I don't know why it matters to me, but I LOVE seeing the numbers scroll up my screen when playing games. I installed a bunch of mods for both WoW and Warhammer Online so I could have numbers scrolling on the screen, and I loved that Borderlands let me play an FPS, but also have damage shown as numerical values too.

But surely then zombie dinosaurs are the holy grail for gaming!

...or a chufty badge

I haven't played all the versions listed, but I didn't think MKDD was that hard...was it? I've easily clocked over 150 hours playing that game (solo and with friends) and it didn't take that long to do all cups, in each speed (mirrored too) with every character.

@Le SenorNinja: A lot of publishers are also ruining blu-ray packaging with the amount of messages they try to put onto the cover "blu-ray, dvd, digital, I've hid the spare key under the doormat etc etc"...just makes the covers look really ugly (the Iron Man 2 editions are especially awful because of this I think)

@gundaman: But they're trying to make money, so releasing individually makes no sense when they can bundle them up. Therefore it gets the point, from a comercial point of view ;)

@PajamaSam: love this... one of the best moments from that film :)

@Revenge_of_Nekojin: You really don't understand how the gaming industry works do you?

Kaos, why are you lying? The reason you're saying this is because Sony don't pay out money for timed exclusives, whereas Microsoft do. Also, there is no reason why you would only release DLC onto one platform first, when the title you are working on is multi-platform.

@zeeroid: Sorry, I was being totally UK centric there...my bad :)

@zeeroid: It still surprises me that people don't have unlimited data usage packages...they're not that much more expensive.

@Khoi Pham | ph15h: If Sony were clever they would only allow you to browse the store after pub/club kicking out time :)

@TheControlled: I've always enjoyed seeing how EA change their logo for each new game...sad I know, but it's a nice touch.

This has me very intrigued indeed, looks fantastic!

@Thorax: You could also blame Rovio who actually dictate the pricing ;)
