Any argument to justify Chuck's decision is undermined by the fact that he won't even tell Jimmy himself, he makes Hamlin do it. That is some underhanded crap, especially when Jimmy is basically taking care of him the last 18 months.

The cops would have had to feed Jay the location of the car, and then act like they discovered it because of Jay. That goes WAY beyond bias and straight into crooked cop territory. I took that as a for instance. The point she was making was that you cannot say the forensic evidence is insignificant unless you test for it. Totally agree but that is not the same as saying it's obvious he didn't do it. I like many go back and forth on that, but I do believe that there was tons of reasonable doubt AND that his defense did him no favors.
