Ford has a new twin-turbo 3.5 liter V6, an Ecoboost motor that you find in the Ford GT supercar. Even in the F-150, the 3.5 liter Ecoboost makes 365 horsepower.

Who knew such a crowded, expensive place could be dripping with so much car culture?
Insurance is more than you think.
The ICBC sounds like the very definition of governmental corruption. Glad I live in the states.
“Hey, this thing you are doing is harming other people and is therefore unethical, but I do it too. More than you, in fact. But even though I just said it’s unethical, I’m going to keep doing it because I have to in order to do my job. Tax me extra and all will be well.” -No1451 (summarized)
Hello. We’re The Root, formally known as Gawker.
Again, take this within the context of the article and just look at how bad the smog problem in Paris is.
Neither of those items, however, form the crux of Liu’s contention, with her focus trained on the cost of a pair of brake rotors ($30,000, plus labour) and a completely new subframe ($25,000, plus labour).
Thank you for the reference. Carbon ceramic brakes certainly use to be very expensive options/kits, ranging as much as $40,000 or more, but that usually included the ENTIRE system on all four corners (rotors, pads, AND calipers), not JUST the damn rotors. Regardless, since then, the cost of such options/upgrades has…
Technically, you don’t HAVE to do anything. You CAN replace just one rotor. You CAN replace them with regular pads and metal rotors.
Woah. I sense some anger here. My point here isn’t that an Aston and its parts are ludicrously priced. My point here is that $30k for rotors is a ludicrous price even for an Aston. An Aston is absolutely an excessive car, but it isn’t that excessive. Rotors do NOT cost that much for that car. Or any car, for that…
So how bad a Trump presidency will be is open to debate. In fact, I believe this entire country has been actively debating it for over a year now. And your points on Mike Pence being a better president for the Republican party than Trump also has some merit and is certainly open for debate.
HAHAHA, that’s the spirit!
So, I think the owner’s statements of believing the car is unsafe and all that escalation to be a little defensive, even though $100k USD is a lot for a car that probably isn’t worth quite that much.
It is always our responsibility to contribute the least harm to our fellows that we reasonably can.
So commuting to my job in a car makes me responsible for the health and wellbeing, or lack thereof, of everyone living in the city in which I work? And it is my responsibility to find alternative ways to work or to move to said city, even though I will be adding to the increasingly exorbitant rent prices and…
I never really understood why inner city people felt the need to demonize the suburban lifestyle. Since this article hit, the suburban lifestyle has been called unequitable, even though it is cheaper than the inner city in many areas. It’s been called racist, even though the decision to live in a freestanding house…
My God. That’s the solution!!! I need Gordon Freeman’s HEV suit STAT!
I don’t recall calling it “the norm.” I brought it up precisely because it is atypical, to combat the overly generalistic “ban cars” movement mentioned at the end of this article.
