Actually your wife is right, due to the way eggs are produced in other countries its safe to leave them out, but due to how they’re done in North America it’s not safe here.

Where do you live that there are toilets in any non residential space that aren’t automatic?

A couple years ago, I had a new employee, who reported to me and worked out of one of our remote offices, take a couple sick days. He comes into work on Day 3... and emails me a doctors note for him being sick.

My company is being great with this. We have a major office in Asia with people going back and fourth between North America and Asia regularly. All this travel has been cancelled, to not put people at risk. It makes it a bit harder to do our jobs, but... we’re managing.

My grocery store is a 10 minute walk from my work, and a 2 minute walk from my home. It’s in a city so there is no parking. It would take longer to drive there then it takes to walk there.
