I had a fun experience when travelling to the USA a couple years back. Me and my friends drove from Canada to Oregon, and we crossed the border using our Nexus cards (which can be used rather then a passport when driving).
Bars are one of the places I consistently tip.

The Starbucks app literally prompts you with a popup for a tip, every time you pay using it.
Put them both on the menu at the same price! Free upgrade in whichever direction you think is an upgrade!

If you want to get into the nitty gritty, i do think that posted prices should be the final prices. Not the pre-tax price... but taxes are different then surcharges. Trying to imply that they aren’t disingenuous.
Nope got to disagree with you. Healthcare is a cost of doing business, it’s a cost of providing well for their employees. It shouldn’t be a line item, it should be in the prices. Anyone whose pushing “Were doing this, so you have to pay more” in a line item is a dick, it also makes the advertised prices lies. Were not…
