Same. I wear dailies and usually switch to my glasses a few hours before bedtime just to give my eyes some time to breathe. I’ve never understood how people can sleep in their contacts-I’ve dozed off a handful of times with them in and it’s so damn uncomfortable when you wake up.

I love Feedly.

But, damn, I still miss Google Reader.
I miss the old Google News, too. Why do they have to mess with things?

Absolutely nothing can compete with Feedly. It is superior to everything available today.

Also the first few are just band walks and hip thrusts, which are totally normal exercises?

Ya... its funny. He was even like “this is a full body exercises, you’re not activating your legs”. I was like “I’m doing a shoulder and back exercise here I’m actively trying to avoid activating my legs...”

If somebody is having trouble figuring out the equipment, you may absolutely offer them a tip! I might start with a question, like “Hey, are you having trouble adjusting that? I can show you...”

I think it is NEVER ok to tell someone they are doing something wrong in the gym. Unless you are being paid to do so as a personal trainer I would advise you stay out of someone else’s routine. You never know how prideful they are or how big an ego they may have.

I’m far from perfect when it comes to environmental issues, but eliminating my use of plastic water bottles required pretty much zero effort.

I made the mistake (at work) of criticizing people who buy 100 plastic water bottles a week by saying how ridiculous and wasteful it was/is.

How about people just stop buying beverages in disposable plastic bottles? We have a few Nalgene bottles and bring them everywhere. It’s incredibly rare that we buy bottled water at all. For other beverages we almost always buy in aluminum or glass which are more valuable as a recyclable. For foods it’s definitely

Lost 115 pounds in 2018; 310 to 195.  Going to (a) get down to 180, and (b) starting a not-a-runner-to-5K program, and when the weather breaks, I’m running a 5K.

I live in an european country, have vistited several, and know people from several. Also, we know where the shift lock key is.

That’s a monstrous thing to say, actually.

Approximately one. Give or take one.

Wait...this isn’t gay porn?

THIS! THIS! SO MUCH FUCKING THIS!!
