T Rexes (Rexi?) are known for their fear of plastic. You could always sprinkle some baking soda on him, rub it in, then gently brush it out. They don't like to admit it, but most T Rex love a nice massage.

I had a Russian coworker of mine CONSTANTLY brought my weight up. Insulting me in almost every conversation, in meetings, to customers... just constantly. This guy was a critical programmer for us, so they were reluctant to let him go, but he insulted and irritated everyone. He apparently had focused on me a bit more…

There is a shortage of talented programmers. My experience is in web development, specifically Ruby on Rails, and that's where I see the shortage, but I'm sure it exists elsewhere.

I disagree with you only because I have, and wouldn't have voted for that. I worked at a coffee shop for two years, and I can never really go back from a french press. It's the only method I've found that brings out the flavors as vibrantly.
