I struggle with Burpees. Not with actually doing them. I do about a half dozen in between sets of some exercises.

I’m recovering from an injury so it is hard to tell. But I feel less fatigued during things like squats and deadlifts
I sort of remembered. So far I can talk about long term health gains but what has happened is that a) it is easier to skip it when it is at the end and b) not sure I’m used to going home dripping in sweat

It’s worth a shot. I have to overcome more than a decade of doing cardio first but I’ll try. I normally only use cardio to get my heart pumping before the weights as a sort of high powered warm up
Also bringing the pastry together with a fruit juice rather than water gives the pastry a bit of flavour. Great for a dark chocolate tart
My aunt uses half and half wholemeal and plain white flour for a short crust pastry. It makes a very good crisp pastry. Needs a bit more sugar if you’re making a sweet pie. I used it for my Christmas Pies this year and would recommend.

There was a Rugby workout that was 30 seconds *on*, 30 off for 6 minutes I think. Add up the metres you do on the fast intervals. Pros were doing over 1k
Our solution was to talk about it for a year or more and then just do everything in 6 weeks. We told my parents what date we had planned the day after Christmas. Got married by the end of Feb.
My favourite is to use from the fridge orange juice to bind the pastry rather than water. Coupled with some zest in the dough. Gives the pastry a nice orange taste and works great with chocolate tarts or mince pies (the ones with lost of dried fruit, not the meat ones)
