I've tried this and never been able to successfully adjust the cooking time. Being smaller they normally need less time but every attempt I've had has led to them being overcooked.

This article makes me sad too. I also just don't get how you can lose a house / life savings just because you got sick.

I have always answered this with 'I used to be.....' and then explain how I identified it and fixed it. 'I used to be a poor finisher but then I identified it and did this and that to fix it and make sure I improved'
