I have always answered this with 'I used to be.....' and then explain how I identified it and fixed it. 'I used to be a poor finisher but then I identified it and did this and that to fix it and make sure I improved'

We had a new starter 12 months ago and knowing that my boss doesn't exactly have the skills to do all of this I dragged myself in when I should've been at home with the flu. It's quite reaffirming to know that I followed most of these.

Main skill would be to be able to understand requirements, identify them and be able to nurture ideas that can be used to make a piece of software from a simple thing that does the job to something that exceeds expectations
