Strava is a cool app / site. Not used the app itself to measure a ride, leave that to my bike computer.

I clean my dashboard with the anti static foam cleaner you find in most offices and a clean dish cloth. Amazing how no one notices if those sprays go missing over night, or over a weekend, or permanently.

I've started taking Optimum Nutrition's PRE which is less of a snack more of a shake. Which contains beta alanine which I've read some good things about as a pre workout sup.
