In Italy there were no open container laws too. The driver could drink and drive as long as he wasn’t drunk. But the BAC for them was .05 so even one beer would send most people over the limit. My friends and I used to drive down to Venice with a case of beer in his civic hatch and pass beers around until we got there

When I was in the military and overseas, you could buy a brand new car from AAFES/BEX/NEX for tax free. It had to be a car that was being produced still but they could order any American made car you wanted in any configuration you wanted. I wanted to order a 02 Camaro SS SLP when I was in Italy but by the time I went

I think they need to mandate rear lights being illuminated like DRLs now too. Soo many people driving around with their DRLs on but no rear lights. I think a lot of that has to do with the gauge clusters being backlit all the time now. So people look out their windshield and see some light, and look down at their dash

If you buy this car the conversations will probably go like this: JoeyJoeJoe: “What kind of car do you drive?” Me: “A Ferrari Superfast” JoeyJoeJoe: rolls eyes. “Ok buddy, nobody would name a car that...” Me: “Im not your buddy, pal! And that’s what its called!!” JoeyJoeJoe : “Sure thing, sport....” as he walks away,

I used to drive my 74 K5 Blazer with a granny gear 4 speed without using the clutch all the time because A.) the clutch was super heavy and hard to push, B.) the trans never made a peep and didn’t seem to mind at all, and C.) I was lazy.

I know a guy with a new Mirage. He has bolt ons, quite a bit of suspension work, and wheels/tires on it. He loves the thing and says its a blast to drive. His other cars include an Evo IX and a 01 Camaro Z28 both with a bunch of work done to them as well. I want to say he talked his mom into buy a mirage too.

I posted this on the last video as well but here it goes again: My mom rolled her Toyota Van (wedge shaped) when my little sister kicked the floor shifter into reverse on the highway at about 55mph as she was exiting. My sister was very young and was just flailing about in the front seat. The shifter was up pretty

If I saw a plane in someones driveway in a neighbor hood, I would think “damn, that’s a ballin ass place! A guys got an airplane!” I wouldn’t think it was an eyesore. Id think it would bring up the value of the homes. “Look at this rich guy with a plane, he wants to live in this neighbor hood, I do too!”

My BMW 135i had this same thing for a “limited slip” like rear end. A lot of people that tracked their cars, still went with a real limited slip because there was still a delay before the brakes would start to work like a limited slip. A real limited slip helped with corner stability and predictability in the corner.

whats real world range on it?

I think 900 is certainly obtainable. Magnuson just released (a couple months ago) their larger TVS2650 supercharger. They installed it on a Hellcat and got over 1000 hp with it. Now that that supercharger is available, I could see a manufacturer using it on oem products and making big power.

Do you think his wife ever said “John, Stapp. Just Stapp it, youre going to get hurt...”

I had a 74 K5 blazer in High School. I was sliding it back and forth “drifting style” (before drifting was cool, kids) and the tires caught traction. The truck went up on 2 wheels. It felt like I was on 2 wheels for 20 minutes but it was probably 20 seconds. The truck slammed back down as I cranked the wheel the

I had a 90 Eagle Talon TSi FWD and a 96 Talon TSi AWD. I miss my 2nd Gen a lot because of all the work I had done to it but the 1Ga cars were soo badass with flip up headlights and the black roof color scheme. If I ever get rich, Im buying a 91 Talon TSi AWD.

Ive had a cop tell me he pulled me over because “He knows I saw him and I didn’t even hit my brakes to slow down.” I will try to downshift a gear if I see a cop to slow down.

In North Dakota (might as well be Antartica), we wouldn’t set the brakes on our trailers (cable operated drum brakes) because they would freeze to the drums. to be fair, everything froze in that below zero hell hole.

My mom had one of those wedge shaped Toyota vans when I was in high school. While driving down the highway (65mph-70mph), my sister managed to kick the shifter into reverse while tying her shoe. The car locked the rear tires up and rolled multiple times. My sister was ok, my mom was a little banged up (she wasn’t

Walmart: If you burn it down, they will just build a bigger one.

My first bike was an 03 Sv650. I loved that bike. I sold it to fund my project cars. One day maybe Ill buy another. They are great bikes and even get respect of people with faster/larger bikes because they know how fun they are to ride.
