I’ve never seen a car with a thermometer. Temperature sensors, yes, but not a thermometer. I don’t think any car company has claimed their vehicles have thermometers.

Massachusetts here. I remember these as well and have the same problem. Not sure why they went away.

They are virtually non-existent in Upstate. I haven’t seen one in a good 10, 15, maybe even 20 years. They used to be more common.

Instead of regulating the car companies for emissions, regulate the customer.
