I assume, then, that you’ve never laughed at anyone, right?

“The airline cited limited artifacts as a major reason for the cuts.” I guess proofreading just wouldn’t generate as many clicks, eh?
Ever been on a road trip? Sometimes the shotgun passenger is the designated navigator.
“Then there’s the regenerative braking, which picks up extra charge from any form of braking, even if no regen braking is engaged.” Um... huh?
Car companies get away with crap like this because we let them.
I wouldn’t finance any car for 7 years, at any more than a couple percent. Any car you have to finance for 7 years is too expensive for you.
Agreed. I use CarPlay in my GLI and it works great. I have also never had a problem using it in rental cars with CarPlay either.
No Olds diesel V8?!
Does your car have a warning light for when a door panel falls off? Or for when a window breaks? Planes do have indicators for things that are supposed to move, e.g. landing gear up/down, passenger door open/closed, etc. Is every single mechanical component in the world now supposed to have wiring and sensors and…
Because (a) this is the 21st century and I don’t want to mess around with cumbersome floppy car mounts and my phone’s sub-6” screen (which I want to be that size - it’s a phone not a tablet), and (b) I dunno about your car, but AA works just fine in mine...?

With those tariffs in place and imported goods costing more, domestic producers would be free to bump their prices in face of reduced competition.
Sure there is, it’s ten times more than those measly 737-800s!
Dude, these “what do you want to know about X car I’m about to review” articles show up pretty frequently on Jalopnik. It’s not like Golson is exhibiting “privilege”, whatever that is supposed to mean in this context; he (as with other reviewers) is giving people an opportunity to have specific questions of interest ad…
This isn’t the early 2000s anymore. VW quality is much better these days.
1st Gear: I sure hope VW is paying attention. The already have their new Tiguan PHEV that goes 60 miles on a charge (if you believe WLTP, so OK maybe 40 or 50 miles), they just have to start making it in Chattanooga.
He would have asked instead, “so what does a typical workweek look like for you as a CEO of an airline?”.
