Hopefully he had track insurance...

I’ve done the same with our 99 GS300 that states “premium required”. Been over 10 years with no issues.

Minivans hands down. Perfect height to ease ingress/egress (don’t have to climb in or out of it) with wide sliding doors. Plenty of charging ports and room for stuff and multiple cup holders per-person.

You’re both correct, don’t know where I made a mistake. Most gas stations around me are ~.60-0.90/gal additional for premium, either way it would average about $500 a year. Granted it would total a few thousand after owning the car for a decade, however in the scheme of things it’s not substantial.

A Mini. I recently drove one and fell in love. They aren’t too expensive at the beginning, heard reliability, parts, and maintenance can be expensive. Plus for the warranty you have to use premium fuel, which is an extra few thousand dollars extra a year. All this sums to it being very unlikely I’ll ever own one.

Is it just me or does the Elan Vigato look like a Probe GT or Fiero you’d see in the Grand Theft Auto video game?

100% agree, I hate to admit I want to go from Lexus to Mini and worried about reliability. However most modern mini owners say they haven’t had any problems.

OR The better driving, ‘cheaper’ Porsche Cayman

Was thinking the same thing, along with other FCA products.

It’s hard to argue with results of hundreds of thousands of sales.
Rather than focusing on the negative, what car designs do you prefer or like?

Elizabeth - your reviews are FANTASTIC. I don’t know why, but the way you layout and describe things sucks me in. I wish Jalopnik would hire you to do all of their reviews.

Looks are subjective, I get it. However every single one that you see was bought because folks liked it, and I think it’s one of the best looking corvettes ever made. USA finally making something that compares heat-to-head to the germans.

Have you driven one? Trust me, you won’t care about how long the rear is after you do.

More like a long drive to Houston, I’d find a deal, lock it in, then fly to it.

I am here for all of it, life can me short, why not make the animations fun. While we’re on the topic, why don’t more automakers make sequential turn signals?

I was thinking a Veloster if the rear has enough room.

Aren’t they almost 20 years old now too?

I’d like to add all the wagons we don’t get:

Is that the german engineering?

Some say ruined, I prefer improved. So picture the early 2000's, you just saw Fast and the Furious. You love cars, but the only thing you have is a 90's Camry (with the V6), and someone notes the old-lady gold paint job makes it look like a senior citizens car. Well, a lot of blood sweat and tears later was this. It’s
