According to the NHTSA, there were 10,076 in deaths in the USA (2012) attributed to DUIs. Should we ban all alcohol or just all cars?

The CDC says we averaged 37,000 or so non-vehicular alcohol related deaths between 2006-2010. Maybe just the alcohol needs to go?
