I like to benchmark my Mario levels from previous 2D Mario games I have played. Have checkpoints in certain spots, have some power-ups, if you lose the power-up - making sure the player can still beat the level, have a couple of secrets for nice bonuses, and possibly add in a challenging part of the course that would

To this day, I still play Metroid without a map. I’ve never beaten the original game, but I prefer no map. Metroid II also has no map.  Beat that one. Weird to say, I enjoy the frustrations of not having a map - it forces me to exercise my memory muscles.

Thank goodness it didn’t go unto the Switch yet. If it did, I would have more competition having to look for one at a regular price. I will not purchase a Switch from vultures. Switch supplies are low right now, and I don’t think it’ll increase by a lot if they’re competing with Apple for manufacturing parts.

I believe the same thing. Nintendo is good at strategizing, I think they play too much Fire Emblem LOL
