My first thought is how miserable this must be to drive with the added bulk and so little power.

I don’t know if it’s the worst, but the 3rd gen Taurus is probably the ugliest. Quite possibly one of the worst conceived designs of all time.
Counterpoint: this is one of the best selling Mustangs ever.
Used BMW with 160,000 plus miles? What is the worst that could happen???
You could find seats and interior parts for those things as a pull your own part place, they made a shit ton of them, I don’t think finding replacement parts will be very difficult.
That red beast might be slower than piss, but come ON. It still looks bad ass.
You dodged a bullet there! Definitely not the kind of girl a “car guy” needs. I made that mistake with my first wife (who I had known since 6th grade)... who would give me sh!t if I so much as accelerated hard in a straight line. I cut her loose about six years ago. My new wife laughs out loud and asks for “More!”…
So much to work with here:
As long as the body isn’t paint over Bondo and it runs nice price. Sorting out a few mechanical things is just foreplay to consummating an enjoyable ownership experience.
Ain’t you profound? Give yourself a cookie. There’s a difference between “hard to work on” and unnecessarily fragile and complex, dumbfuck.
You owe that car an apology.
I feel like I need a tetanus booster just looking at photos of it.
“$4500. No lowballers. I know what I ruined.”
This should win an award for making a relatively expensive car look cheap.
+1; I’d love to see the top 10 NPs and NDs. Maybe as a year-end feature? Please?
Sell it for the parts, you’ll make the money back. Don’t even think about recommissioning it though.
If it were a 944 I would have said yes.
Its a piece of shit modeled after a worthless fiero. Both are junk and neither one are even 1% supercar. There is a reason it never went into production, bc it's junk. It looks like a bullshit custom I can't believe gm even wasted it's time with it.
Agreed on this car flying under the radar. I’m an F-Body guy. I have ALL the 80's car magazines his is the first I have heard of this car. I had a 75 ‘Bird and my first new car was an 01 WS6 - still have it.
Ok, I’m not going to be looking for a Pontiac Toejam anytime soon. Just sayin’.
