I’d need to see the floorplan. Our old house looked like this, but the actual floorplan was far more house intensive than this photo would suggest. It wasn’t huge, but 1800 sq ft of living space with another 450 sq ft or so in the garage.

Firing them from Solo was the clearest indication Disney/Lucasfilm had zero intention of doing anything daring or original and would die on Status Quo Hill.

First we make it impossible for Gen Z to afford homes... “

My kids are excited for it, but in terms of story the trailers don’t seem to be giving the impression it’s an origin story any different than we’ve seen a dozen times before.

Early Adopters have adopted. Everybody else, me included, seems to remain unconvinced a new EV is the solution to our personal transportation needs. I’m also still mildly freaked out, however irrationally, about the fire issues related to lithium ion batteries. I had a lithium ion AA catch fire in a charger on the

OK, so my whole problem with “breaking” Star Wars to explore entirely new characters and planets and situations that are totally unrelated to the OT means that ANYTHING could be Star Wars. It reminds of when they tried to call any series with a giant robot made up of smaller robots “Voltron” but otherwise had no

Man, I’m still rocking a 12 pro and have no plans to upgrade.

Why would a dog owner let a kid pull their animal’s tail?

Yep, and the consequences of combining parents who don’t watch their kids - who belong in a restaurant - with parents (?) who don’t watch their dogs - which don’t belong in a restaurant - can be pretty gnarly.

Ugh. Old neighbors took their husky with them everywhere. Then one day they were at a pizza place and a 3-year old toddled up and grabbed his tail. Dog whipped around and bit the kid’s face. Kid’s dad jumped on the dog and started choking it. Dog went nuts and started mauling the dad’s arm. Several tables upended.

I thought Metroid, Zelda and Donkey Kong were already HEAVILY hinted to be in active development?

Let me just say I knew a few Arkansas State Troopers back in the day... this tracks.

The HB by us is consistently really good. I mean, how hard is grilled chicken in various sweet and/or spicy sauces with white rice and mac salad? But they use chicken THIGHS! And the hot sauce is actually hot. The musibi is good. They have real Dole whip. I mean... it’s not world changing but it’s closest competition

Someone else had posted a Scenario 3, which was a lack of understanding of how the optical and imaging devices that have captured the phenomena work. So I think it’s a blending of 2 and 3. Yeah, of COURSE our defense contractors have some wicked (maybe literally) hardware that’s being tested, and military personnel

When we want Domino’s it’s because we suddenly realize we just don’t want to cook anything and just want food now, and generally it’s so much faster and easier to drive over and pick it up than wait an hour or more for delivery.

I believe Scenarios 2 and 3 are probably intertwined. Some people are undoubtedly seeing things that aren’t aircraft piloted by humans, and we know defense contractors are hard at work on autonomous weaponized drone aircraft. But all the stuff I’ve seen from TPOD and FLIR has been explained away MANY times. I mean,

Yeah, you’re absolutely right.

That’s sci-fi fantasy. There is literally no proof for anything to support the presence of non-human intelligent life on this planet or anywhere else in the known universe. It’s 100% here-say and bad iPotato pictures of balloons and parallax effect.

And folks like Gaetz are pushing it because it foments even more distrust of the government (which he... is).

I’d argue the defense contractor community is eating this up, as it provides diversion and obfuscation of their own projects.
