If drywall/plywood is that big a part of your life you already own a fullsize or a work van so this is just a strawman.

The Maverick build and price is already up. $35k is essentially a fully loaded Lariat. An XLT with the turbo, XLT luxury package, and AWD is around $30k. I would expect that to be around the typical price.

It’s $5k for a reason - no one will touch it.

B6 generation Audis, not even once.

Why on Earth would you put your daughter’s name on the damn thing?!

Most of those comments are based on generalizations for people that aren’t going to dig into their particular car. To be fair, it’s pretty difficult to find that kind of thing out because no one is going to tell you and you have to dig into that data yourself.

Oh, you just remind me! I saw one of these but with Monster Energy logos, with pink logos being used for women. THAT was the worst I’ve seen *Edit, picture from Google but it was exactly this*

I owned a Triumph TR7 as a teenager, but I was smart enough to total it before I had to deal with any of those legendary mechanical problems.

Automakers do plenty of studies showing what cars their customers are coming from.  They know whether or not this is the case on a large scale.  There are so many more automakers now compared to 50 years ago that people are less reluctant to jump from brand to brand.

Yeah, I laughed when I saw he is driving a JL Rubicon but complaining about what amounts to a bit more than $20/mo for parking. I would have killed to pay $250/yr to park on campus even in the late 90s at a small-ish school in middle  of nowhere Wisconsin.

And the SHO engine would bolt to either, but the T5 is very much more desirable.

Wasn’t that the plot of The Incredibles?

To be fair, The Rock’s super power is “trucks.
