I would guess about $60-100 each for a touch screen that size with communication. Probably will want to spring for replacement battery too if that back light is on all the time.

The battery thing is huge, even on a plane, the worst thing to happen is land and not have enough power to call your wife to tell her your flight is cancled because you were playing games on the flight.
