Most drag racing is traditionally a 1/4 mile distance, or 1320 feet. Top Fuel reduced the distance to 1000 feet several years ago for safety reasons.

For top fuelers they don't run a quarter mile (1320 feet) any more as top speeds were getting crazy. Now they only run 1000 feet.
Ooooooooo, Dieselgate? Way worse than anything Elon has ever lied about.
This is what it looks like when you give a rural police force Army equipment and no reason to use it.
Holy fuck.
Never. Even when the robots are doing all the driving for us.
We’re all worried, fam.
At what point will everything be so damn fast that we don’t even bother with looking at 0-60 times anymore?
being an adult would be a nice change for some. all this passive aggressive shit is just childish.
fuck that, if i’m stuck on a plane for 12 hours I WILL take my shoes off.
I hate recliners. I never recline, even if someone in front of me reclines (and I’m 5'8", so I’m not tiny), and I think those devices are a sign of the downfall of all that is good in the world.
how can a competitor be that much more expensive? Its like sitting over here calling the Ford Shelby GT350 a failure because its less comfortable and has a worst interior than a Porsche 911 Turbo.
Porsche was taycan on a big challenge here. It’s hard to resist the appeal of this car.
Alternatively: Use our words like adults and ask them to recline their seat a bit less.
Honestly that is kind of a tough choice when you figure that twice the price get you less than Half a second in the quarter mile and .007 seconds to 60 the latter of which is utterly meaningless
How the oil looks is meaningless anyway, unless it was literally JUST changed. Only oil analysis would tell you anything, and nobody selling a car is waiting around for that.
Unfortunately there’s a lot of money to be made on people who are financially illiterate. A family member of mine had to go to credit training as part of her bankruptcy. They actually told her the best way to get back on her feet was to run up a large credit bill, and then make minimum payments over the course of many…
Frankly, this is all stuff they should teach you in high school. Everyone should know what negative equity, depreciation, interest rates, etc. are before they enter the real world.
Buy used and keep it for a decade and you’re really doing well.
Excellent question I say the sweet spot for financial value is 2-3 years after your loan is paid off. So it really depends on your loan term. If you did a 60 month loan which seems to be the most common, and traded up after 7 or 8 years, you drove that car with no payments for a bit and still have something that is…
