Tasks as mindless as you describe are already automated. Most assembly is done by robots. The humans that remain in auto assembly are usually highly-trained and expected to perform a wide variety of tasks, and be knowledgeable on all.

Liquid H2 is insanely volatile. It’s super-cold, compressed, and packs incredible explosive energy when exposed to oxygen (i.e. air) and a spark (i.e. accident). And, fuel cells aren’t cheap.

This is mostly true, yes. However, dark green to black may not yet be ripe, at least in my experience. And, when I let them ripen at home, they are closer to black than dark green when they are actually ripe.
