I live in Arkansas, almost all of the weed that comes through from local sources is grown outdoors, and its usually not nearly as good as hydroponic-grown weed or weed closely controlled. but here its still very much illegal, so maybe not having to be all secretive about it makes it easier to grow good weed outside.
