Nobody gets paid to crap on NFTs.

That was a lot of words and very little of an actual EXAMPLE of what use case NFTs could improve upon or be best used for.

If you ever worked with artists, you know that they wouldn’t really want to do that.

I found it “good” too. Not as great as previous games but still adequate. My opinion might be skewed though because some of the developers are former colleagues of mine.

Arkane, one of the studios that sprang up after Looking Glass studios closed, making their games kind of cousins to Deus Ex (and System Shock their common ancestor).

The wait for the next Deus Ex wouldn’t be so aggravating if the last one didn’t practically end on a cliffhanger and felt short/incomplete to boot.

Make Portal 4 instead, skip 3. I have the feeling “3" is some sort of unlucky number at Valve.

The Wii U had a lot of good games, actually. Highly underrated console.

If I’m not mistaken, it’s not the actual Tweet (as in, maybe a dump of the backend/database data representing the tweet), but just a screenshot of it. Yes, NFTs are that stupid.

I feel that might be different in different regions of the world. I know what you say applies to the US, but not necessarily the EU.

What a shame.

Is it even pirating if you actually bought the game, but they don’t let you re-download it anymore? After all, you did pay for the game.

Honestly, it should be legal obligation for those online stores to offer redownloading capacity indefinitely as long as the company exists. It’s simply inacceptable to not be able to redownload what you legally bought.

I personally believe our timeline directly leads into the first Deus Ex.

I think Sunfar themselves are making fun of it right now, on their website: https://www.isunfar.com.tw

The Prime series at this point essentially has its own continuity that the main series rarely ever references, if at all. It feels more like a separate timeline than part of the regular continuity.

Name one single thing about crypto/NFTs that actually benefits games and isn’t a technically impossible promise like “your asset will work in any NFT enabled game”, i.e. a scam.

Martin Shkreli vibe strong here, even though compared to life saving medication videogame console are indeed a luxury.

THANK YOU, I almost felt like I was completely out of touch for thinking like, “wtf is this even about”.

I wonder if Detective Conan will ever end. It’s currently at vol. 100 with 1080 chapters.
