@LordThayer: The browser version is pretty trashy in comparison to the downloadable Alpha. Some features are missing, and I find it didn't run very well at all.

Just give it a year, when this game is insanely (more?) popular... and you'll all be wishing you bought it now for £7.49, like I did.

@wild homes loves you but chooses darkness!: I think the same could have been said when they released the elite, but the only hardware that also got released in black was the wireless controllers and the wired headsets.

I'm a huge, huge fan of all things Halo, but even I think we could do without a HD re-release of Halo 1. It'd be a waste of time if you ask me.
